Pancreatic tuberculosis is a very rare disease in either immunocompetent or immunocompromised hosts.The incidence of pancreatic was reported to be less than 4.7% an autopsy series on patients 1944 and 2% another 1966.Despite that, recent times, increase the number reports TB has been noted.This condition possibly caused by improvement diagnostic imaging tools, development different techniques that make obtaining specimens from pancreas possible, HIV prevalence worldwide. Therefore, this review article discusses current update clinical manifestations modalities tuberculosis.Pancreatic with various range non-specific presentation image features overlapping those seen neoplasia. A combination should done establish diagnosis tuberculosis. Currently, direct histopathological examination best way diagnosing US/CT/EUS-guided biopsy recommended technique. Most respond well anti-tuberculosis drugs.
